engineering features: a patented TipLoc molding process creates a far more robust bond between the
probe tip and body, while the probe cable integrates a proprietary CableLoc design that delivers an
impressive 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength—ensuring a secure, reliable connection between the cable and
probe tip. Additionally, 3300 XL 8 mm probes and extension cables are available with an optional
FluidLoc cable feature, which effectively prevents oil and other liquids from leaking out of the
machine through the cable’s interior, safeguarding both equipment integrity and operational safety.

static position and dynamic vibration in industrial machinery. As a core component of the system—
paired with a 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor and optional extension cable—it delivers reliable eddy
current-based sensing, making it ideal for fluid-film bearing machines, Keyphasor reference
applications, and speed measurement tasks across oil and gas, power generation, and manufacturing
sectors.
Designed with M10 x 1 metric threading and a 60 mm overall case length, this probe features a 0 mm
unthreaded section and a 1.0-meter integral cable with a corrosion-resistant gold-plated ClickLoc
connector, ensuring tool-free, secure installation. It incorporates patented TipLoc and CableLoc
technologies: the former creates a robust bond between the PPS plastic probe tip and stainless steel
(AISI 303/304) case, while the latter provides 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength for enhanced durability
against physical stress. Compliant with API 670 standards for mechanical configuration, linear range,
and temperature stability, the probe operates within a -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F) temperature
range, with a linear measurement span of 0.25 to 2.3 mm (10 to 90 mils) and an incremental scale
factor of 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) ±5%.
Backward compatible with non-XL 3300 series 5 mm and 8 mm components, the 330103-00-06-10-
02-00 supports complete interchangeability of probes, extension cables, and Proximitor Sensors,
eliminating the need for bench calibration. It offers strong resistance to RFI/EMI interference and
environmental factors, with a Viton® O-ring pressure seal and compatibility with optional connector
protectors for enhanced reliability in harsh industrial environments. Classified as a commonly stocked
