Allen Bradley 1746-NIO4V SLC 500 High Resolution Combination Module

The 1746-NIO4V is a combination analog I/O module belonging to Allen-Bradley’s SLC™ 500 series (product series: Bul. 1746 / 1747), designed for compact PLC systems. It integrates 2 analog input channels and 2 analog output channels in a single slot, making it suitable for industrial scenarios that require both signal collection and control output (such as closed-loop control of temperature, pressure, and flow).

Each input channel supports user-selectable voltage or current signals via DIP switches, while the output channels are dedicated to voltage signals. The module features 16-bit resolution for inputs and 14-bit resolution for outputs, ensuring high-precision signal conversion. It incorporates a 6-pole Gaussian digital filter for input channels to suppress high-frequency noise, and all analog common terminals (ANL COM) are internally connected, with channels grouped isolated from ground but not individually isolated.

It is compatible with SLC 500 modular and fixed controllers, drawing power from the system backplane without the need for an external 24V DC power supply.
