The TSXETY4103 is a high-performance Ethernet TCP/IP Module designed for Schneider Electric’s
Modicon Premium Automation Platform, engineered to enable reliable network connectivity and
versatile communication for industrial control systems. The TSXETY4103 operates at 10/100 Mbit/s,
and the TSXETY4103 delivers flexible and efficient data transmission via a standard RJ45 10BASE-
T/100BASE-TX twisted-pair interface, making the TSXETY4103 ideal for integrating Modicon Premium
controllers into Ethernet-based industrial networks.
The TSXETY4103 is equipped with a comprehensive suite of communication services. The TSXETY4103
supports bandwidth management, FDR server, Global Data I/O scanning, Modbus TCP messaging,
SMTP e-mail notifications, SNMP agent functionality, and Uni-TE messaging—catering to diverse
industrial communication needs. The TSXETY4103 also features a Class B30 transparent-ready web
server with web services including a rack viewer and data editor (accessible via PC terminal), enabling
remote monitoring and configuration. The TSXETY4103 provides support for up to 64 concurrent
connections and compatibility with both PL7 Pro and Unity Pro programming software, so the
TSXETY4103 offers seamless integration into existing Modicon Premium ecosystems.
Built for industrial robustness, the TSXETY4103 boasts an IP20 protection rating. The TSXETY4103
operates reliably in temperatures ranging from 0–60 °C with 10–95% relative humidity (non-
condensing). The TSXETY4103 complies with global standards such as UL 508, EN 61131-2, and CSA
1010-1, along with FM Class I Division 2 certifications for Groups A-D, ensuring the TSXETY4103
suitability for hazardous industrial environments. The TSXETY4103 draws 360 mA at 5 V DC power
(supplied via the rack’s power supply). The TSXETY4103 adopts a standard module format with a
