Power Input Conditioning & Distribution
Accepts wide-range input power (aligned with Experion PKS power standards) and conditions it to eliminate voltage fluctuations, noise, and transients. Converts and distributes regulated power to connected rack components (e.g., analog/digital I/O modules, communication modules) with consistent voltage/current output, safeguarding sensitive electronics from power anomalies.
Redundant Power Architecture Support
Seamlessly integrates with dual-power supply configurations (primary/backup) in the Experion PKS rack. Automatically switches to the backup power source in case of primary supply failure, ensuring zero downtime for critical control processes. Supports hot-swapping of power supply units without disrupting rack operation, enhancing maintenance flexibility.
Integrated Termination & Wiring Simplification
Features integrated termination points for external power connections and internal rack power distribution, eliminating the need for external junction boxes.
