The Honeywell TC-PRS021 is a Control Processor designed for the C200 controller, 

categorized under the Series A I/Os product family. It is a non-conformally coated variant 

(with its conformally coated counterpart designated as TK-PRS021), serving as a key 

component for C200/C200E controller-based control systems. As part of the Series A I/Os, 

this model transitioned from the "Legacy" to the "Phase Out" lifecycle state effective January 

31, 2023, in line with Honeywell's HPS support guidelines for control, safety, and monitoring 

systems. Despite its phase-out status, Experion software continues to recognize the TC-

PRS021 and its associated Series A I/Os, enabling coexistence with equivalent Rockwell 1756 

I/O modules. Honeywell provides multiple migration paths for users with installed TC-

PRS021, including replacement with the latest ControlEdge UOC controller (which retains 

existing Series A I/Os and CNET wiring) or the Experion PKS C300 controller (compatible with 

most C200 I/O configurations including PMIO), ensuring seamless upgrade while preserving 

field wiring and marshalling investments.
