HIMA F7133 Power Distribution Module

The HIMA F7133 is a CE-compliant 4-fold power distribution module designed for industrial automation and safety-critical systems, specializing in reliable 24 V DC power distribution, integrated fuse protection, and real-time fuse monitoring. The HIMA F7133 serves as a centralized power hub for supplying IO modules and sensor contacts, while ensuring circuit safety through miniature fuses and fault detection — making the HIMA F7133 ideal for use in process control, emergency shutdown, and industrial automation setups (e.g., alongside HIMA’s PES systems) in sectors like oil & gas, chemical processing, and manufacturing.

Key functionalities include 4 independent power distribution paths, each protected by a slow-blow fuse (max. 4 A) and paired with a dedicated LED for visual status indication. An evaluation logic continuously monitors fuse health for the HIMA F7133: if a fuse is functional, the corresponding LED illuminates; if a fuse is faulty or missing, the LED flashes. The HIMA F7133 also features a monitoring relay: when all fuses are operational, the relay contact (d22/z24) closes; if any fuse fails or is absent, the relay de-energizes to trigger external fault responses.

For wiring flexibility, the HIMA F7133 includes front-side contact pins (1–4 for L+/EL+ and L- for ground) to connect power sources, and rear terminals (d6, d10, d14, d18) to supply 24 V DC to individual IO slots. The HIMA F7133 ensures zero residual voltage/current when a fuse trips (0 V, 0 mA) and minimizes leakage in power-loss scenarios (max. 3 V residual voltage, <1 mA residual current), maintaining system safety and preventing false signals. With a compact 4 TE (Terminal Equipment units) footprint, the HIMA F7133 integrates seamlessly into standard rack setups, providing robust power management and fault visibility for critical industrial systems.
