IS200TDBSH2AAA is an accessory terminal board designed for GE’s Mark VIe and Mark VIeS control
systems, specifically compatible with PDIO discrete input/output modules in hazardous (classified)
locations. IS200TDBSH2AAA facilitates reliable discrete input/output signal transmission, supporting
relay contact outputs and discrete inputs with intrinsic safety "ic" protection, ensuring safe operation
in environments like Class I, Division 2 and Zone 2. Compliant with relevant standards (UL, CSA, ATEX),
IS200TDBSH2AAA integrates seamlessly with the system to enhance signal integrity and operational
safety in industrial applications such as power generation and process control.

IS200TDBSH2AAA features a compact design compatible with standard industrial racks, using Euro
Style Box-type terminal blocks with wire size range 24-12 AWG and nominal screw torque 4 in-lb (0.45
Nm). It supports up to 12 relay contact outputs (NC/COM/NO) and 24 discrete inputs with contact
wetting, operating on a 27.4-28.6 Vdc power supply derived from the associated PDIO module. The
board provides galvanic isolation and intrinsic safety protection, with entity parameters including Voc
up to 32 V, Isc up to 13.4 mA, and Ca/La of 0.18 μF/100 mH for inputs, and Vmax 32 V, Imax 132 mA
for relay contacts. It uses dedicated terminals for signal (TB1/TB2) and power connections, ensuring
compatibility with PDIOH1A/PDIOH1B modules, and adheres to ambient temperature ratings of -30
to +65 °C (-22 to +149 °F) for hazardous location deployment.
