IS200TDBSH6ABC is a terminal board accessory engineered for GE’s Mark VIe/VIeS control systems,
tailored to interface with high-density discrete input/output (I/O) modules in industrial and hazardous
(classified) environments. It enables reliable signal routing for discrete inputs and relay outputs,
supporting intrinsic safety "ic" protection to meet safety standards (UL, CSA, ATEX) for Class I, Division
2/Zone 2 locations. Designed for power generation, oil & gas, and process control applications, it
enhances system integration flexibility, signal integrity, and operational safety by providing structured
terminal connections and isolation for critical I/O signals.
Hardware & Interface Details
IS200TDBSH6ABC features a compact rack-mountable design with Euro Style Box-type terminal
blocks (24-12 AWG wire compatibility, 4 in-lb/0.45 Nm nominal torque). It supports up to 24 discrete
inputs and 12 relay outputs (NC/COM/NO configurations), operating on 27.4-28.6 Vdc power
supplied by compatible PDIO modules. The board incorporates galvanic isolation and intrinsic safety
parameters (input: Voc ≤32 V, Isc ≤13.4 mA, Ca/La=0.18 μF/100 mH; relay outputs: Vmax=32 V,
Imax=132 mA) to prevent EMI and ground loops. It uses dedicated terminal banks (TB1-TB4) for
signal and power connections, ensuring seamless compatibility with GE’s high-density discrete I/O
modules, and adheres to an ambient temperature range of -30 to +65 °C (-22 to +149 °F) for reliable
performance in harsh industrial and hazardous settings.
